Question on Self-Storage Enclosed Trailers

Q: How much space is need for delivery?
A: A 10 ft. enclosed trailer needs approx. 50 ft. of straight clearance.  A 12 ft. enclosed trailer needs approx. 75 ft. of straight clearance.  An 18 ft. enclosed trailer needs approx. 100 ft. of straight clearance.  Width requirement is approx. 15 ft.  Height requirement is 14 ft.

Q: How do you deliver a portable storage container?
A: We personally deliver and pick up the enclosed trailer for you.

Q: How much site preparation is required?
A: We deliver on concrete, paving, asphalt, gravel, grass, firm-packed dirt.  To deliver your enclosed trailer storage unit, all we need are the directions and a reasonably level, firm and smooth surface.

Q: How soon is delivery from time of order?
A: We turn normal delivery around as quickly as 24 to 72 hours, unless you're having modifications done.  If you need something sooner, same day delivery may be available.

Q: What type of payment is required on delivery?
A: Once we deliver the unit, we will invoice and require payment from you.  Rentals: First month's rent, plus delivery and pick up fees.

Q: Can shelving be installed in my storage container?
A: Yes.  We can install interior shelving high or low, wrap-around or along one side.  Just tell us what you need.  Additional charges may be required.

Q: Is my lock protected?
A: Yes.  All Secure Outdoor Storage trailers are equipped with padlock hasps.

Q: How far does Secure Outdoor Storage deliver?
A: We have nationwide deliver to any domestic location.

Q: Are SOS's trailers weatherproof?
A: Yes.  Before a trailer leaves our facility, it must pass our outbound inspection process for wind- and water-tightness.

Q: What if my container needs repair in the future?
A: Secure Outdoor Storage will maintain you enclosed trailer throughout the rental period.  If you need maintenance, call us and we'll be there.  Regular maintenance repairs are at no cost to you.

Q: What if I want to move the container later?
A: We can move you.  Secure Outdoor Storage enclosed trailers are fully portable; however, certain weight restrictions do apply.
